Some computer companies charge a "walk in" fee: if they can't fix it, they still charge
you a call out fee just to look at it: not us, we only charge if/when we solve the problem.

We can come to you!
It’s unfair and sometimes difficult for our clients to deliver their computer to us.  So, rather than expect our clients to deliver their faulty computers to us, we come to them.  Our call-out service has been very popular since we set-up business in 2001 and it makes life a lot easier when you can arrange a call-out over the telephone or by email.
